History
Hello future scholars, my name is Adriana Jackson, a parent, teacher, leader, and life long learner. Sterling Christian Academy (SCA)was established with a passionate mission to provide a vibrant, Christ-centered educational alternative for private and homeschool learners! This vision sparked after my son was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at just seven years old, igniting my need for a comprehensive plan that nurtured his physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and academic growth. The implementation of a virtual academic platform allowed us the flexibility to tackle life's unpredictable challenges, and as more parents shared their desire for options, our vision truly came to life in 2011.
In 2015, we proudly focused on empowering Career and Technical Education students through hands-on training in three dynamic retail boutique establishments. While COVID-19 prompted us to reassess our strategies, it also fueled our determination to consistently meet our students' needs. As educational challenges continue to rise, we are excited to reimagine and expand opportunities for families still seeking our support, offering personalized instruction and tailored curriculum solutions for groups and organizations!

Meet our founder, Adriana Jackson! Since 2011, she has been fueling our passion with her expertise in Elementary Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Care and Education, Human Services, and Hospitality. Her inspiring journey ignites our enthusiasm every single day!
